Supply Chain Performance Dashboard

Built an interactive supply chain dashboard in Power BI using a cosmetics dataset with SKUs, customers, and suppliers. Cleaned and modeled the data, then created visuals for total revenue, costs, profit, stock levels, and defect rates by product, customer segment, and shipping carrier. Added slicers for SKU and supplier so planners can quickly compare performance and identify high-margin products, underperforming suppliers, and potential stockout risks.
